Liz Vassey began her acting career when she was nine and has since appeared in over fifty productions and musicals. In order to be part of All My Children, Liz Vassey moved to New York when she was 16 years old. It was for her role on the show that she was awarded the first Daytime Emmy nod. Liz who has been a long-time athlete recently made her debut as director in the feature documentary The Human Race which has launched. The documentary focuses on older runners.
